Spanish Web is similar to Aerial Rope, but with a hand/foot loop near the top which allows an artist to hold on while the rope is spun.
What to wear
Close-fitting clothing that allows for movement. Leggings are suggested. No exposed midriff. Long hair should be pulled back and jewelry should be removed before class.
Physical Requirements
Students must be free of injuries that would prevent safe enjoyment of the class. Our beginner classes are easily adapted to the strength of the student. If you have special needs, please contact us and we can see how best we can accommodate you.
