See independent training details ↗Professional flying trapeze has an assessment and specific entry requirements. Group apparatus is not included in independent open gym.
Professional flying program ↗Independent training is for athletes and artists who can train safely on their own. Open gym is available to ages 16 and over, with government-issued proof of age required. Our supervised sessions for ages 10–15 require current LVCC classes and coach approval; they are offered at specific times.
Group classes, private sessions, and events take priority over independent training. Ask reception which areas are available when you check in.
Flying trapeze, teeterboard, Russian swing, and other group apparatus or areas are not available for independent open gym. Contact us to discuss access through the appropriate program.
Open gym schedules, eligibility, and packages
Choose a single session or a session pack. Packages activate on the first visit and have different expiration periods. Check the full terms before purchasing.
Work on a specific skill with private coaching, or explore our professional flying trapeze program. Professional flying requires a private assessment and meeting the published age, physical, and skill requirements.
Professional teeterboard has its own participation requirements. Contact the team to discuss your background and the right training options.
Our partner Athletic HealthCare (AHC) offers injury care, rehabilitation, and performance support inside the facility. Explore AHC’s services and book a session.
Open gym does not allow coaching other participants, soliciting coaching, or informal casting and auditions. Read the complete independent training rules, including area priority, attire, and safety requirements.
